This is our first Christmas since adopting Charlie.Harley and cousin Mia have been delighting him with stories of holidays past! Our little puppy brain can barely contain his excitement about the upcoming visit from Santa Paws!

After learning of some Christmas Eve traditions, Charlie decided that a note and a plate of treats might do wonders in securing his standing as a good boy.  He didn’t want to leave a stocking full of goodies up to chance!

So what did Charlie decide to leave out for Santa Paws?

What makes these Alpo Wholesome Dog Biscuits such a good choice for a special Holiday Platter?

Closeup of the newly released Alpo Wholesome Biscuits Alpo Wholesome Biscuits:

  • Are specially formulated with a dogs nutrition in mind.
  • Contain 23 vitamins & minerals and even calcium to help support strong teeth and bones.  (Charlie thought this would be especially important for those grueling round the earth trips!)
  • Come in 3 different sizes.  (Perfect for a petite sleigh dog-or for a Santa Paws who is watching his figure)
  • Help to clean teeth and freshen breath.

We have some hungry dogs anxious to sample these Alpo Wholesome Biscuits“Are you sure you want to do this, Charlie?”

Sharing precious dog treats seemed a bit extreme for the rest of the crew.  After all, Harley and Mia knew they had been good dogs all year! After a bit of thought they agreed that it couldn’t hurt to put Santa Paws in a good mood while he was here.

Harley thought that Charlie’s display looked a bit amateur, so he did some rearranging.

“If we are going to do this, lets at least do it right!  We want to make a good impression.”

“Hey, what are you doing Charlie?!”

We were so impressed with the generosity of the dogs (despite Charlie’s one little taste), that we decided they all deserved a reward! Dog biscuits all around!

    • The ingredients are listed on the packaging. These treats are made in the USA and are very affordable which we like because we don’t think owning a dog should be cost prohibitive. As with all treats, moderation is key 🙂

  • This is the most awesome review! I love the photography. So sweet how the “amateur” display was turned into something more professional. I did a review on these dog treats as well. Jake loved them as well. This was a truly enjoyable read. I’m going to subscribe to your newsletter because I really like your style! Thanks so much!

    • Jeanne, we are so happy that you enjoyed it! We try to have each of the boys’ unique personalities shine through in our reviews. Charlie is our fun loving, puppy brain, goof ball. Harley is our “old soul”, a person trapped in a dog body. Thanks also for subscribing to the newsletter. Its a great way to stay up to date and make sure you don’t miss out on any of our reviews/giveaways!
