If you follow us on facebook, twitter, or instagram, you may have noticed that the humans at MyDogLikes were on vacation this week. We would have loved to take the boys with us, but flying with them is something we are just not comfortable with. I know its easy to feel bad for these pups when they give you those puppy dog eyes, but don’t be fooled. Harley and Charlie had a great time spending the week with their very best dog friends, Laila & Meera, and their parents (and our BFF), Andrea & Tim.
We would be absolutely lost without the friendship of Andrea and Tim. Not only are they excellent friends, but they love our dogs as much as we do! As pet parents I’m sure you can relate, its hard to leave your pets, but its a lot easier when you know that your babies are in the hands of people who love and care about them as much as you do. So, if you have people who you can trust your family, fur or otherwise with, be sure to say an extra thank you today. Again, to our dear friends, a sincere…Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

We usually take Mr. N with us but if he can’t go, he goes to a friend’s house.
We love to take the pups with us when we can! We are just too afraid of taking big dogs on a plane!

Great photos of puppies at play! Ava and Veruca are more like the older dogs. They usually just sit on the sidelines and watch the young ones play.
Sometimes you just gotta sit back and watch the show!! Let the puppies tire themselves out!

We completely understand! I think our next several trips will be road trips! We hope to be in a position to someday take longer trips and not have to worry about time constraints…at least thats what this blog momma hopes for <3 Thanks for stopping by.

While I too would love to take my dog anywhere, it is not possible. But I know she gets a blast having her own vacation with other dogs at the place we board her with 😉
I think some dogs love being boarded….Honestly, I think Charlie would do well in that case. Harley on the other hand would be so sad. He is such a people dog, I think it would break his heart!

Dolly could ride in the cabin, does that change anything? The idea of having them in cargo is just terrifying! I think we will stick to as many roadtrips as possible!!
